Our team of engineers completed the plumbing installation of the fit out of a large retail park unit in Crewe for Direct Wood Flooring. Our role in this project included the following work:
First fix hot and cold water supplies at high level throughout for kitchens, DocM and toilet services.
Installation of unvented undersink water heaters and pressure reducing valves.
Installation of thermostatic mixing valves for hot water.
Pressure testing and commissioning of the water system.
All works for above ground drainage for toilets and kitchen areas.
Second fix of toilets.

Amaranth, Manchester
MBM Services was commissioned to provide the plumbing element of the fitout of the new Amaranth beauty store in the Grade II listed Royal Exchange Arcade in Manchester City Centre. Work undertaken included:
Isolations and removal of existing services including water and gas.
First fix hot and cold water supplies throughout for kitchens, toilets and treatment rooms.
Installation of unvented undersink water heaters and thermostatic mixing valves.
Pressure testing and commissioning of water systems.
First and second fix of plumbing and sanitaryware.
All works for above ground drainage to suit the new shop layout.
