Our team of engineers recently completed a project at the Hologic Pharmaceutical facility in Wythenshawe. We completed the following commercial plumbing works:
Installation of copper pipework for the chilled water supply to a chilling machine for storage of medicines.
Installation of carbon pipework for LTHW supplies to fan coil units.
Installation of hot and cold water supplies to the toilet block and the commercial kitchen.
Decommissioning of cold water storage tanks and installation of boosted cold water supply pipework.
Installation of chilled water supply, valves and connection to lyophilization machine.
Insulation of pipework.
First and second fix of temporary kitchens.
Endocare, Manchester
Our engineers have recently completed the commercial plumbing element of a conversion of an existing office space into an endoscopy ward. Work undertaken on the project includes:
Full installation of boosted cold water supply for the entire facility.
Installation of pumped drainage for the entire facility.
Installation of pipework for all sanitaryware in toilets and preparation areas.
Installation of multiple sensor taps in clinical rooms.
Installation of all sanitaryware for toilets, showers, disabled toilets and preparation sinks.
Installation of a 1000L unvented hot water cylinder to supply the whole facility.
