Commercial Facilities Management
We are highly experienced in responding to commercial reactive maintenance plumbing and heating work. We understand that, for our customers, administration of facilities management work can be a demanding process. MBM Services pride ourselves on making your work as straightforward as possible and we receive excellent feedback from our existing clients about our speedy, transparent and efficient service. Our in-house office team has the experience and processes in place to receive and execute call outs within the timeframes set by our clients or end-users. Where required, we book each job with site to arrange attendance at a time which meets the operational requirements of the site. On completion of a job we will send you through a completed job sheet which will be signed off by site, along with photos and an invoice at our pre-agreed rates. We communicate regularly with our clients on job progress and pride ourselves on the relationships we build.
Our skilled engineers are capable of tackling plumbing and heating reactive work quickly and efficiently. All of our engineers are fully qualified and certified for plumbing and heating work. We pride ourselves on our problem solving abilities and quality of the end result. We can count the number of callbacks on one hand in the last 4 years, which is testament to the quality of our work.
We have undertaken a wide range of reactive and planned refurbishment plumbing and heating works for a number of national leisure facilities management companies over last 4-years culminating in the completion of 1,150 jobs. Our track record demonstrates that we can service a high volume of quality work. We have also recently taken on new contracts to provide services for a national pub chain and a national rail operator.
We work to 4 hour, 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour service level agreements. We can also service planned out of hours work.

Leisure Facilities Management For the last three years our specialist team of reactive maintenance engineers has been attending plumbing and heating call outs at pubs, restaurants and bingo halls across the North West, North East, West and East midlands. We have attended over 750 call outs, ensuring that the customer receives the fix they need as quickly as possible. Our engineers are experts in trouble shooting and can resolve issues quickly and effectively. Some highlights of our work include: Full central heating systems. Radiator installations. We have a long standing relationship with a domestic facilities management organisation. We undertake the following work:

Gas safety checks
Quoted works central heating and bathroom installations.
We have also provided domestic heating facilities management services on behalf of a social housing provider in Dumfries. During this time we attended 126 reactive heating system jobs and have provided 150 gas safety checks and boiler services. Work included the following:
Radiator and radiator valve replacement
Replacement of heating systems
Replacement of boilers
Heating system clean and flush.
As part of the contract our engineers were required to provide same day reactive response for heating breakdowns to ensure that tenants have had heating and hot water, especially during the winter months. Our engineers have provided an excellent service and we have put the tenants’ needs at the forefront of our work.
